Gaurdian of the Cross

Description

A few days ago one of the guys staying at Street Reach asked me to design some Tatoos for him. One was fairly simple. A "Yin Yang" symbol but made up with a Dragon and a Tiger. It came out pretty good. The other was a Dragon wrapped around a cross.

He is a man of Faith and he LOVES Draggons. So I obliged. I came up with some REALLY basic simple sketches that could fit into your palm. Each being a different design and I asked the guy to pick the one he likes the most and I drew a more "Finished" version. And here it is!

This turned out FAR better than I had entisipated! Though I have gotten a raft of crap from fellow Christians. "Draggons are Evil! How dare you dissgrace the cross!" Blah Blah Blah!

Well to those of you with those thoughts, consider this. If you know a little of Draggon Myth and lore than you should know that more times than not Draggons are usualy Gaurding something of IMMENCE VALUE. They do have a thing for shiny objects like Gold and Silver. (Hence why many tales of Draggons speak of horded tresure in their caves)

Also we ALL know who King Arthur was right!? Well guess what! Wasn't his crest a Red Draggon? *cough*"Yes"

So not ALL draggons are bad. And since they usualy gaurd something why not the Cross? Why not be gaurding Faith itself!? If you look closely you can see that the Draggon's gase land right on a small Devil/Demon thing.

Any who... Sorry about the rant there. ^^; I just wanted to clear a few things. Anyway I hope all you guys like! :D

Oh, and DO NOT FAV UNLESS YOU COMMENT!!!
