Drawing A Train: Part 4b

Now after you've made your mark, as described in Part 4a, we will once again reposition our ruler.
This time we measure 1 inch up from the bottom and line up the ruler's corner with the mark we just made. I put a red circle around it show it better.

And like in the previous step/part measure 1/2 inch up from the bottom of the paper and make another mark. The correct palcement is shown by the red arrow.
